Mediation is process where parties voluntarily agree to refer their dispute to mediation and the mediator is appointed by parties, who is independent and impartial, assist the parties by facilitating the negotiations and amicable solutions to resolve the dispute.
Mediation is private and confidential, all confidential information or documents disclosed during mediation sessions shall not be disclosed to the other party or in other forums.
Mediation is without prejudice, all discussions, offers and admissions made during mediation sessions, shall not be used as evidence and will not be used against any party in the mediation or in other forums.
In the introduction stages, the mediator introduces him/herself to the parties involved in the mediation session and explains all the processes involved in the mediation sessions.

The mediator then will summarize the disputes between the parties and expected solutions to the dispute.
